Computer Gender

Someone was broadcasting me through blackberry last night =)
and it's quite interesting,

A student asked, "What gender is computer?" Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two groups, male & female, and asked them to decide for themselves whether computer should be a masculine / feminine noun. Each group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation.

The men's group decided that computer should definitely be of the feminine gender, because :
1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic.
2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else.
3. Even! the smallest mistakes are stored in long term memory for possible later retrieval.
4. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it.


( THIS GETS BETTER! )

The women's group, however, concluded that computers should be Masculine, because :
1. In order to do anything with them, you have to turn them on.
2. They have a lot of datas but still can't think for themselves.
3. They are suppossed to help you solve problems, but half the time they ARE the problem,
4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have gotten a better model.


The women won ;)

Long Distance Relationship =)

i was browsing Youtube & accidentally found this video, i forgot what was the key search, i just found that this video is awesome & represents my feelings lately ;)

yea, it's about a long distance relationship. i know you guys 90 % believe that i won't work well ( sometimes i am inside the 90 % too ) and the other 10 % is the only one who believe in LDR / maybe they dont have any other choices. So, what's yours ?
Lots of my friends / family said that it will NEVER WORK. i know, because i myself used to not believe at Long Distance Relationship. I once said, "No way, i will never do the long distance part, it will never work & i dont believe it ! no way ! HELL NO ! i better not to start it, yes I promise i will never do that !"
and.. taaa-daaaa.. HAHAHAHA.. feels like wanna slap myself, im going to this long distance activities.. **WEIRD i know,i myself sometimes feel weird too HAHAHA** feels like got a KARMA because i always said to my friends, dont hope too much, it won't work, trust me ! okayy.. im sorry my fellow friends ! im doing this kind of relation too *shy face*

owkay, feel interested with this kind of Long Distance Relationship, i read from Lovesagame.com and there are some tips how to make the LDR works, it's quite interesting i guess.

1. Have a Relationship Plan for the Future
It is very important that you both have a hope to live for. Have a light at the end of the tunnel. I think that this is the most common reason why some long distance relationships don’t work: they don’t have a plan, they just hope it will turn out right, that a miracle is going to happen.

2. Meet Regularly
Try to see each other every month at least once ( okat let's say every year? HAHA *cheering up myself* ) Plan this ahead and include some activities, like town visits, museums, a weekend in a fancy hotel, etc. Make it a celebration, an explosion, something very special!
You don’t get scent with email or skype, or that initial wow you feel inside when you see your love.

3. Use Modern Technologies to Communicate
Using all this electronic stuff will make it much easier for you both. Imagine how it used to be 100 years ago, when a letter used to take months.
- Get an e-mail account if you do not have one and write at least one e-mail to each
other every day
- Use Skype or something similar to talk to each other for free. Believe me, it’s
awesome watching a movie together while simultaneously talking on Skype.
( i thankyou whoever you are who invented SKYPE. you guys are AWESOME ;P )
- Use Instant Messaging (I MSN Messenger / BLACKBERRY FOR SURE =P )
- Use a webcam (this I can highly recommend and so true HAHA )

4. Be Honest & Keep Communicate
Remember to be honest in everything you do. Trust is the most important things since you two are seperated in a distance. Keep communicate & update the news on what's going on in your life, sharing some thoughts, stories, and for sure happiness onto each others. It makes both of you feel more comfortable

5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, never stop believing =)
To be in love means eager to take the risks, whatever it takes, good/bad, we'll never know if we're not trying.

above all, the most important things is :
You've come this far. There's no way you're giving up. Just believe.

Just like the video said, Together At Last, how far the distances & miles seperate you two, if it is meant to be, it is meant to be, just keep on believing.

it always feels good (:

so, last week ( i forgot the date & day ), i had a highschool reunion, well, not really a reunion for sure because there's only 10 persons who join this meeting. it suppossed to celebrate sisca & anus's comin back to jakarta for a while, but too bad sisca couldnt join us & she comes back to Sydney already :( well maybe later..

absolutely enjoy the meeting because it's really a long time no see friends, some of them are working, some of them are still jobless HAHA & some of them just finished their thesis & waiting for the graduation & also some of them are in the progress of the thesis & final project *including ME*

it was really FUN. we had dinner at Kopitiam, Flavor Bliss Alam Sutera then going to Happy Puppy for karaoke *as our favorite place to hangout* so, here's some photos :

it's almost 02:00 in the morning and yes, i'm still awake !

well, not only I myself, but my partner in crima *lebay* yovidut + her lovely bf Leo ( who is still FIGHTING for his final project ! )

these whole final projects & EVERY SINGLE THINGS of the projects make us feel so CRAZY.

we cant believe that we just finished the 1st chapter, doing half of chapter 3 & finishing the 2nd chapter ( included that stupid bastard questionnaire !! ) i dont know what is happenning with us, everyday we keep thinking on the final project & the whole franchise things & always feel afraid because we dont get enough informations !! ( sebenernya masih banyak yg lebih susah dari kita, cm emang kita suka lebay ga jelas aje kali ya.. )
